The Pre Event Contact and Organisation

You will have the services of an event coordinator who will:

• Contact you using the method of your choice
• Give you advice on all things concerning the venue
• Help you decide the format of your golf day
• Discuss your catering requirements
• Book the golf event for you
• Provide information packs
• Discuss gift packs, prizes and other provisions
• Organise any other requirements you may have

On the day of the event

• The services of our Event manager
• Meeting and greeting of all guests
• Registration
• An explanation of the chosen golf format
• Personalised scorecards
• A starter will be provided
• A photographer
• Live video link from the course to a large screen in clubhouse
• The collection of scorecards after each round
• Leaderboard and electronic scoring on the large screen
• Full printed result sheet
• The announcement of winners and presentation of prizes

Post Event Contact

Your Golf Event coordinator will contact you for any follow up that may be required.

For example:

• Mailing out results to guests
• Discussing any feedback about the day
• Arranging a future event
